His presence and his movements are emotionally charged and delicate. Glowing and furtive, he mobilizes a complex legacy in <em>Untitled (Nostalgia Act 3), <\/em>where the precision of gestures inspired by the ballet <em>Giselle <\/em>slowly give way to the energy of African dances. The body is visited by ghosts and memories, it neither opposes nor hierarchizes past and present, near and far, but on the contrary, it draws rich and new connections between all of these. Caught in a space that is haunted by invisible faces, Tiran Willemse uses his body to conjure up a landscape which invites intimate questions and melancholy. A memorial sadness that was already present in <em>Blackmilk<\/em>, his first piece, along with an almost cinematic comedy.
