Delgado Fuchs

Delgado Fuchs is a Swiss collective formed by artists Marco Delgado and Nadine Fuchs. Their work operates on the margins of usual categories and combine dance and visual arts while playing on equivocal structures. Their pieces investigate various physical modalities in an offhand and apparently naïve way, looking into the plasticity of the body, its hyperawareness, how it can be staged, … Their research has led them to engage in a variety of collaborations with visual artists, scenographers, musicians, video artists, and costume designers like Zimoun, Carol Christian Poell, Malcolm Braff, Bruno Deville, Clédat & Petitpierre, Charlie Le Mindu, Clive Jenkins, and Stéphane Vecchione. Delgado Fuchs has created around twenty pieces which were performed in theatres, festivals, contemporary art venues and museums around the world like Centquatre (France), Aichi Triennale (Japan), Festival de la Bâtie (CH), ImPulsTanz (AU), Collection Lambert (FR), Zodiak Helsinki (FI), Centre culturel Suisse (FR), Arsenic (CH), Noorderzoon Festival (NL), or Sundance Filmfestival (USA).
