Chine Curchod is an actor and puppeteer. She studied theatre in Geneva and performed with directors like José Lillo, Lorenzo Malaguerra, Claudia Bosse, Dominique Catton, Georges Grbic or Johanny Bert, as well as with Guy Jutard in the Théâtre des Marionnettes de Genève (TMG). She created the Chamar Bell Clochette company in 2008 and works mainly with puppets and performs mostly for young audiences. Her whimsical and playful productions showcase her passion for installations and extraordinary objects as well as her sense of the absurd, which surprises and inspires audiences with every show. She received the ASSITEJ award in 2021 for her work.
