Has Nestlégate been resolved? Adina Secretan doesn’t think so, despite the court’s ruling. Who remembers that in the 2000’s, young women who were recruited via a private security agency infiltrated activist groups to spy on them on behalf of the global company? Using theatre to revisit history, Secretan shows us that there are many holes in this case. The more we go beneath the surface, the more opaque things become, particularly when it comes to human relations. A committed multidisciplinary artist and choreographer with a strong focus on politics, Adina Secretan is interested in the traces shadow practices leave on the body, be it individual bodies or the social body. Far from claiming to bring all the answers, she proposes a show which feeds from all these questions, and reveals a complex landscape, fleshed out by two actresses and their subtle performance.
